大背景 Background
CGDA2023听觉传递结构金奖，面向全国主要包括海内外、亚洲地区、港澳覆盖范围的结构设计政府机构、结构雕塑家，和艺术院校结构设计专精小学生公开征集传递结构设计、听觉结构设计经典作品。做为我国听觉传递结构设计最低技术标准的结构金大奖，邀请赛致力构筑国际性结构设计专精网络平台，积极探索全球结构设计产业发展的新趋势，挖掘海内外杰出的结构设计精神力量、为我国结构设计科技事业的产业发展缔造商业价值。
CGDA Visual Communication Design Award 2023 intends to collect graphic design communication and visual design works from design institutions, designers and students majoring in design from fine art academies in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Asia-Pacific region and Chinese all over the world. As a top design award in China’s visual communication design circle, it is committed to building an international professional design platform, exploring the new development of global design, discovering excellent design force at home and abroad and creating values for the development of Chinese design undertaking.

参赛资格 Entry Rules
专精人士 PROFESSIONALS
参赛经典作品必须是近期创作的结构设计经典作品，参赛经典作品可由任何参与经典作品创作的公司或个人提交。结构设计类别中标注有“可提交实验性经典作品”项，即可提交非商业未实际应用结构设计经典作品。其余结构设计类别拒绝一切飞机稿、投标经典作品或实验经典作品。请以扁平化结构设计经典作品、PS 示意结构设计经典作品、3D 渲染结构设计经典作品或高质量实物拍摄图片四种形式任意一种提交经典作品。
* 注：参赛者可按个人意愿提交经典作品，数量不限。
The entries must be the works that created recently, which can be submitted by any company or individual participating in creation of the works. The competition category is marked with “submittable experimental works”, that is, non-commercial design works that have not been actually applied can be submitted. Other competition categories, e.g. scam ads, tendered works or experimental works will not be accepted. Please submit the works in any of four forms: flat design, PS sketch design, 3D render design and real object photography photos with high quality.
* Note: All competitors submit their works at their own will. Quantity is unlimited.
小学生 STUDENTS
参赛经典作品必须是目前在读的研究生、本科生、大专小学生或上述小学生在读期间完成的经典作品，小学生参赛经典作品可以是得到实际应用的结构设计经典作品也可以是未得到实际应用的练习经典作品，2023 应届毕业生均可参赛。
* 注：参赛者可按个人（小组）意愿提交经典作品，数量不限。
The entries must be the works which were completed by postgraduates, undergraduates, junior college and polytechnic school graduates or the above students at school. Students’ works can be the design works which have been applied or the exercised works which have not been applied.The graduates of 2023 can participate in the competition.

大奖设置 Award Setting
分别设置金奖、银奖、铜奖、杰出奖、入围奖。CGDA2023听觉传递设计奖另设全场大奖、杰出指导教师奖、杰出组织奖。获奖名单将于评选完毕后在官网及各大媒体网站揭晓，入围获奖者均颁发获奖证书，杰出获奖经典作品将会在官网展示。
We set up Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, Excellent Award and Finalist Award. CGDAVisual Communication Design Award 2023 will also set up Grand Award, Outstanding Guiding Teachers and Outstanding Organization. The awards will be announced on the official website and major media. All the winners shortlisted will receive the award certificate. The excellent awarded works will be exhibited on the official website.
经典作品提交 Work Submitted
本次比赛所有的参赛经典作品一律通过网络邮箱提交，根据参赛类别提交要求，经典作品电子文档以 A4幅面、JPG、300dpi、RGB 模式，填写并提交《经典作品登记表》，表格在本文下方可下载，邮件名称格式为：参赛者姓名 + 类别，发送至[email protected]
All entries of this competition will be submitted via E-mail. According to the submission requirements of competition category, the electronic document of the work shall be prepared in A4, JPG, 300dpi, or RGB. Registration Form of Works shall be completed and submitted and the form can be downloaded below this article. The format of E-mail is: name of contestant+ category. Send it to [email protected].
品牌形象 / 海报结构设计 / 字体结构设计 / 插图结构设计 / 环境图形：每件经典作品最少提交 1 至 10 张电子档（经典作品的效果图或实物照片等均可），电子文档要求：A4 幅面，300dpi，RGB 模式，存储格式为 JPEG。
Brand image/poster design/font design/illustration design/environmental graphic: You are required to submit not less than 1 to 10 works in electronic form (design sketch of work or photo of material object). Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.
包装结构设计：需提交5 张以上包装经典作品的电子档（经典作品的效果图或实物照片 等 均可），要能体现包装的整体、局部或组合效果。 电子文档要求：A4 幅面，300dpi，RGB 模式，存储格式为 JPEG。
Package design: more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work (design sketch of work or photo of material object). The global, local or combined effect of packages shall be shown.Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.
推广用品及出版物 ：每件经典作品需提交5 张以上经典作品的电子档（经典作品的效果图或实物照片 等 均可），要能体现整体结构设计（主要包括出版物的封面、内页和局部等结构设计）。 电子文档要求：A4 幅面，300dpi，RGB 模式，存储格式为 JPEG。
Popularization articles and publications: more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work (design sketch of work or photo of material object). Integrated design (cover, inside pages and local design of publications are included) shall be shown.Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.
多媒体 / 交互结构设计：网页结构设计、UI 结构设计、APP 结构设计、广告影视、动画短片、或交互实验结构设计经典作品等表现形式不限（提交经典作品电子档、经典作品应用链接或动态视频均可，动态演示视频时长不超过 5 分钟，视频文件大小不超过 80M，统一提交格式为 mp4 格式）
Multimedia/interactive design: unlimited website design, UI design, APP design, advertisement and videos, short animations or interactive experimental design (electronic form of works, link of works or dynamic videos; duration of dynamic video shall not be longer than 5 minutes; the size of video shall not be larger than 80M; the uniform format submitted is mp4)
注：参赛者可按个人（小组）意愿提交经典作品，数量不限，不保证每个类别均有获奖经典作品产生。
Note: All competitors submit their works at their（group）own will. Quantity is unlimited. Some types of work may be not awarded.
截止时间 Deadline
即日起至2023年6月30日截稿，以组委会收到稿件的时间为准。
2023 年7月8日，在CGDA官网首页及各大媒体公布获奖名单，同期颁发证书。
The deadline is from now to June 30, 2023 and will be subject to the time when the organizing committee receives the document.
In July 8，2023, the official website of CGDA and major media will announce the awards, and the certificate will be presented at the same period.
参赛费用 Entry Fee
专精单件经典作品 120 元 / 件，系列经典作品 160 元 / 件
小学生单件经典作品 60 元 / 件，系列经典作品 80 元 / 件
CGDA 会员参加本届赛事费用减半。
Fee for final judgment:
120 yuan shall be paid for each work of professional ; 160 yuan shall be paid for each series work.
60 yuan shall be paid for each work of student ; 80 yuan shall be paid for each series work.
CGDA members will have a 50% discount.

对本规则产生的任何疑议，结构金奖组委会保留最终解释权，与本次结构金奖有关的任何未尽事宜，均由结构金奖组委会进一步制定规则并进行解释。主办基层单位拥有入选经典作品的展览、出版（含电子出版）、收藏的权利。
Dispute:
As for any doubt for the rules, organizing committee of design award reserves the right of final interpretation. As for any unaccomplished matter relevant to the design award, organizing committee of design award will make further rules and offer interpretation. The organizing party is entitled for the rights of entries’ exhibition, publishing (including electronic publishing) and collection.
