海淀高峰论坛11月25日揭幕
Themed “Open Cooperation for a Shared Future”, the 2022 Zhongguancun Forum will be held in Beijing from November 25 to 30. The forum will host 126 events this year, including 60 parallel forums, 2.4 times more than the number of parallel forums held in 2021. The parallel forums will focus on frontier technology and hot topics such as engineering innovation, open-source chips and brain-computer interface among others. 22 overseas venues will be set in 14 countries during the forum and participants to this year’s forum are from 70 countries and regions, as well as 200 foreign government institutions and international organizations. Foreign guest speakers account for over 40% of the total, and more than one third of the projects submitted to the innovation competition are from overseas. Founded in 2007, the Zhongguancun Forum has grown into a national-level innovation platform and an international forum.
海淀高峰论坛将于11月25日至30日暨。高峰论坛将紧紧围绕“对外开放合作·共享资源今后”主轴，共举行126场公益活动。相连接高峰论坛各方面，该届高峰论坛共举行60场相连接高峰论坛，高峰论坛数目是去年的2.4倍。著眼工程建设技术创新、对外开放源码晶片、虚拟实境USB等最前沿和领涨板块议程。海淀高峰论坛去年国际性化水准也不断提高，在14个北欧国家成立22个国外主会场，70数十个北欧国家和沿海地区, 200家国外政府政府机构、国际性组织政府机构和政府机构参与，演说来宾中，中国籍来宾占比超六成；最前沿邀请赛技术创新赛车场工程建设项目中，国际性工程建设项目占比超一成。海淀高峰论坛创立于2007年，历经十多年产业发展，去年已正式宣布正式成为面向全国亚洲沿海地区科技技术创新沟通交流密切合作的市级网络平台。
前三季度海淀技术收入同比增长11.2%
Total revenue of high-tech enterprises above the designated size in the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone reached 6.1 trillion yuan from January to September this year, an increase of 2% over the same period last year. Technology revenue generated in the same period was 1.3 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.2%. In the first three quarters, enterprises in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone obtained 74,612 patents, up 13.5% year-on-year, accounting for 64.8% of the total number of patents registered by enterprises in the capital.
最新数据显示，去年1至9月，海淀示范区规模以上高新技术企业实现总收入6.1万亿元，比上年同期增长2%，实现技术收入1.3万亿元，同比增长11.2%。前三季度，海淀示范区企业获得专利授权74612件，同比增长13.5%，占全市企业专利授权量的64.8%。
北交所证券将被纳入中证指数和国证指数
Securities listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) will be incorporated into the indices of Chinas two major financial index providers. China Securities Index Co., Ltd. said that after its assessment and soliciting of market opinions, it has decided to include BSE securities in its CSI cross-market indices in stages. The inclusion will increase the representative nature of related indices, expand the scope of investment in index products, channel more medium and long-term capital into quality BSE securities, and serve the real economy better through the countrys multi-level capital market. From June 2023, securities listed on the BSE for at least a year will be eligible to be sampled for CSI cross-market indices.
近日，中证指数有限公司和深圳证券信息有限公司分别发布公告，宣布将北交所证券纳入中证指数、国证指数的相关安排。沪深交易所下属中证指数有限公司宣布，经研究评估和征求市场意见，决定分阶段将北交所证券纳入中证跨市场指数。北交所证券逐步纳入中证跨市场指数将有利于稳步提升指数代表性，有序引导更多中长期资金配置北交所优质公司，充分发挥多层次资本市场服务实体经济的重要作用。深圳证券交易所下属深圳证券信息有限公司宣布修订国证跨市场指数编制方案，将上市满一年的北交所证券纳入指数的选样空间。该项修订适用于所有国证跨市场指数，将于2023年6月样本定期调整时正式宣布实施。
2023年北京博物馆通票首发
The 2023 Beijing annual museum pass has been released, offering free admission and discounted tickets to 120 museums, popular science education bases and cultural tourism spots in six categories. 10 museums, including the recently reopened Wanshou Temple are included in the annual pass for the first time. The pocket-book pass costs 120 yuan, and each venue is introduced in a single page, including service information like address, opening hours, transportation and parking, as well as a brief introduction of each museum and scenic spot.
“新工体”绿茵场铺设完成
Construction of a 7,700-square-meter stadium turf in Beijings Workers Stadium was completed on November 18. The stadium has been under renovation since August 2020 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. As a key part of the renovation, a geothermal system was added to the turf to cope with the cold winter in Beijing, and a light system was also introduced to make the turf evergreen in all seasons.
11月18日，北京新工体7700平方米的草坪铺设工程建设完成。北京工人体育场改造复建工程建设于2020年8月启动。按照计划，“新工体”将于2022年12月竣工交付。作为北京工人体育场改造复建过程中最核心的配置之一，“新工体”的草坪还新增了地热系统，同时特别引进了补光灯组，为“新工体”的草坪补光，以达到四季常青的状态。
“戏曲进校园”系列公益活动举行
A series of Chinese traditional opera themed activities will take place in primary and secondary schools in Beijing in the following two months, especially in suburban and rural schools. Intangible cultural heritage inheritors of traditional operas are invited to give lectures and performances in campuses, allowing more students to better understand traditional opera. Exhibitions curated by the traditional opera digital museum will introduce opera to more students through interactive multi-media devices. In addition, students will have the opportunity to try on traditional opera costumes and makeup during various workshops.
2022年北京市戏曲进校园系列公益活动于11月至12月举行，该公益活动将在参与范围、数目上向远郊区、农村沿海地区学校倾斜。其中，戏曲“国粹第一课”邀请戏曲非遗传承人、名家名师等，让学生了解戏曲文化、学习戏曲知识。戏曲“数字博物馆”巡展以小型展览的形式走进校园，通过多媒体设备、交互体验设备等技术手段，展示戏曲魅力。戏曲文化体验营将通过戏装试穿、画戏妆等多种形式，让学生亲身体验戏曲的台前幕后。
